We are a contemporary Neapolitan wood fired mobile pizza business that not only serves Naples style pizza, but we also serve handheld Italian sandwiches called paninos. With an oven temperature at 900 degrees Fahrenheit, our made from scratch dough rises and bakes to perfection in 90 seconds to 2 minutes. We also serve gelato, mini cheesecake cups and oven fired sea salted chocolate chunk cookies.
