Soy Cubano

Soy Cubano is a Cubano food concept operating out of Citizen Kitchens. Chef/owner Javier Salado has years of industry experience including being the general manager at Taqueria del Sol in the 12 South neighborhood since the location's opening. He feels it's time to return to his Miami roots and bring the flavors of Miami and Cuba to Nashville. Soy Cubano offers Cuban sandwiches, classic Cuban dishes and Latin American-inspired fare for pickup or delivery from Citizen Kitchens.
