We start our company in 2007 and two years later we begin to sell our cheese to the Indy Winter Farmers Market.
We produce authentic Italian artisan cheese made locally, following ancient pastoral procedures, each loaf of cheese is carefully hand crafted in order to give the unique taste typical of Italian mountains villages.
My name is Giovanni Capezzuto, I start to make cheese since I was kid back in Italy, on our family farm, in the 1998 I migrate in America, cooking Italian authentic food all over US. In 2007 I founded Sapori Italia with the mission to give to people a food product which is the most authentic, artisan, genuine, Italian taste.
