We are a small batch spaghetti sauce business, created to share the beloved sauce from our family's James Beard Award winning restaurant, Jim's Steak & Spaghetti House. Jim's is a traditional, but unique, Italian meat sauce with a delicious blend of sweet and spicy. We cook it for six hours (in Nashville), and then sell it in frozen quarts and pints to both preserve freshness and simplify the prep time for you at home.

I am a Nashville native, and up until a couple of years ago, have been fully engaged in the visual arts as a painter and gallery director. I have always enjoyed cooking and the entrepreneurial spirit, having left college early to immerse myself in "self-education." For a decade or so, I have wanted to bring my family's spaghetti sauce to Nashville, to share the spaghetti experience of Jim's that I have witnessed thousands of people have at our restaurant in West Virginia. My mom, who has just retired (after twenty-six year running the restaurant), and moved back to Nashville, and my brother, are my business partners. I do all of the cooking and run most of the operations, and they offer back end support in various ways.
