We source the highest quality seafood from our partner fishing boats, taking care to offer products that are fished and farmed in ways that support a healthy ocean. We process everything ourselves at our Boston Fish Pier headquarters. Everything we sell is up to the high standards of our founder and classically trained chef, Steve Gennodie.
With several of our own retail locations, nothing ever goes to waste. We can prepare for our clients perfectly portioned halibut loins ready for service, then use the trim to make our own fish cakes. This practice keeps prices low while ensuring the freshness of all of our products.
