Pico De Gallo - diced, onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, seasoning.
Shrimp Ceviche - diced, onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, avocado, shrimp seasoning.
Chicken Salad - Freshly prepared avocado oil mayo, jalapeno's, carrots, peas, seasoning.
Drowned Chicken, beef and potato rolled tacos (served with shredded cabbage/lettuce, cheese and sour cream sauce, topped with marinated purple onions) and drowned in a hot tomatillo sauce or beef consume.
