Southern Roots Farm is a Central/Northern Virginia Area Farm, located near beautiful Lake Anna, VA within easy reach of Central and Northern Virginia, the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, Ashland and Richmond. We produce pasture raised pork and chicken, free range chicken eggs and various other products fresh from our farm such as jams, breads and more.

Family Owned & Operated
We are a family-owned and managed farm. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our pork is processed in USDA inspected plants, vacuum packed, well labeled and frozen. In addition to eating healthy food from a known source that is proven to be healthier that store bought meats, you will be supporting local agriculture when purchasing products from us.

Our goal is to provide members of our local community with safe, delicious, high quality, nutrient dense foods. No hormones, antibiotics or steroids are fed to or injected into our animals, EVER. We also treat our animals with respect and compassion and provide them with lots of loving care to ensure they have the best possible lives while here on the farm.
