The Original PotHead

The Original PotHead is a Mexican/American artisan brand creating collectible, hand made planters and other artisan crafts that bring symbolism inspired by nature into everyday spaces. Rooted in Mexican craftsmanship and designed with an earthy, elevated aesthetic, each piece is made through a collaborative process with skilled potters and painters, resulting in small-batch signed by the artist collections where no two are exactly alike. Every design celebrates the natural world with thoughtful color, detail, and personality while staying true to our values of integrity and fair collaboration. Our signature product is the PotHeads, whimsical humanoid planters, with their own symbolism depending on the position of their arms, our models include Dream, Integration, Give and Receive, Admiration, and Gratitude. They all come with a little card explaining their meaning. This year we plan to collaborate with different organizations that bring love, light, and peace to the world. Imagine that when you buy one of our PotHeads with monarch butterflies painted on them, a portion goes to a monarch butterfly sanctuary… if you buy one with fish and corals, you will be supporting the preservation of coral reefs, etc. We aim to motivate consumers to consume with intention and a clear understanding of what they support through our art. We want our art to reach peoples hearts and have a positive impact across cultures and to motivate humans to have a deeper connection with the natural world.
