Lotus Flour is a sourdough microbakery specializing in handcrafted, naturally leavened sourdough made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients as well as allergen-friendly options that avoids the top 9 allergens and more. We focus on slow fermentation, traditional methods, and simple, intentional recipes that highlight both flavor and digestibility.
We use organic, locally milled flour and source as many other local ingredients as possible. When those other local ingredients aren’t available, we prioritize non-GMO, high-quality alternatives. We never use preservatives, stabilizers, or unnecessary additives - every ingredient has a purpose in our recipes!
