FLAKNY Farm

We are the D'Amico family, first generation farmers just south of Amsterdam, NY. As regenerative farmers, we strive to improve the quality of the soil as well as the quality of life of our animals. We raise pastured poultry and eggs, 100% grass-fed beef, and pork using organic, regenerative methods. Current items for sale include eggs, whole chickens, chicken by the cut, and pork by the cut. We started our beef herd a year ago and they still need time to grow. Our farm name is the story of how we came to this area...from Florida to New York, by way of Alaska (FLAKNY).
