Dubuque Bakery is a Snohomish local small, licensed, family artisan microbakery focused. Our main focus is baking naturally fermented sourdough bread. Every week we bake fresh bread with organic ingredients and organic fresh-milled whole-grain flours (wheat, rye, einkorn, spelt) in small batches by hand. We take quality and your well-being seriously: we use long natural fermentation and clean recipes. No artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or other additives. Dairy-free & vegan options are available. It's real bread we grew up with-flavorful, nourishing, and made to make you feel good.
