I will serve ready‑to‑eat items such as Grilled Cevapi (small skinless sausages in bread with condiments), Chicken Kabobs with yogurt garlic sauce in pita breadSavory Phyllo Pastries filled with meat called (BUREK) and Cheese (SIRNICA) and Spinach ( ZELJANICA) Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (SARMA) served with bread, Sweet crepes Balkan style with jam or Nutella. The goal of the business is to provide fresh, homemade European comfort food that customers can enjoy immediately at the market or take home as a meal.
