Maíztros

Maíztros is built on a love story. With a couple hailing from Ireland and Mexico, now calling Whistler home. Our dream is to begin a project in our community where we can showcase our love of street food, culture and corn especially. Drawing from Joy’s cherished Mexican family recipes, we craft authentic Elotes (Corn on the cob) and Esquites (Corn off the cob) using Canadian grown corn and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Our food honors the soul of Mexican street tradition while embracing the flavors of the land we now call home. The result is a vibrant fusion of heritage and place; bold, nostalgic, and unforgettable.
