​We are a small-batch producer focused on intentional eating. Baseline Botanical grows gourmet mushrooms (Lion’s Mane, Oysters) and blends loose-leaf herbal teas designed to support your daily rituals.

​New for 2026: Introducing our "Green Thumb" functional pastry line. These aren't just cookies; they are botany in every bite. We have ditched the white flour and refined sugars in favor of fresh, house-milled heritage grains and natural sweeteners like maple and dates.

​Each vegan, plant-forward treat pairs our farm-grown ingredients with high-end pastry techniques. Highlights include the Miso Mirage (a Chamomile & Miso Caramel illusion) and the Wild Heart (Rose, Pistachio & Shatavari).
