Black Multifamily Network of Nashville (BMNN) is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering, connecting, and advancing Black professionals within the multifamily housing industry.

BMNN creates intentional spaces for education, professional development, mentorship, and relationship-building, bridging the gap between industry access and opportunity. Through networking events, community programming, supplier partnerships, and advocacy, BMNN elevates voices, fosters collaboration, and strengthens pathways for career growth and economic mobility.

Our mission is to build community, create opportunity, and cultivate leadership, while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion across Nashville’s multifamily ecosystem.
