Salad Stars

Salad Stars premium kits are curated, value added produce and complimentary ingredients designed to give customers memorable, award-worthy salads. Seasonal produce (vegetables and fruit) will be sourced from local farmers who sell at the farmers markets. These highest-quality ingredients may be grilled, roasted, blanched, sauteed, marinated or pickled to create complex flavors and varied textures. Dressings will be made in-house and incorporate fresh herbs and extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil. These kits are 'everything except the lettuce.' Customers are free to use their own favorite, clean greens or lettuces. The kits can be used for side salads or entrees. For entrees, customers can add their own grains or protein.
