Dads Figure It Out Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to recognizing, uplifting, and celebrating fathers and their impact on families and communities.
At community events, our focus is awareness only. We engage in brief, positive conversations with dads and families and invite fathers—only if they’re comfortable—to share a short message about what fatherhood and “figuring it out” means to them. These stories help highlight real, everyday dads and encourage connection, reflection, and support.
We do not sell products or services and aim to be respectful, family-friendly, and aligned with the community-focused spirit of local markets.

Miguel DeLeon Jr brings over 25 years of experience in building systems and user experiences at his current company, where he has dedicated his career to improving how people connect with technology. Inspired by the #dadssupportingdads movement, he founded Dads Figure It Out™ (DFIO) believing that even small recognitions can make a big difference.
