We are a mushroom farm located in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. We grow on red alder sawdust from a local mill. We grow Lions Mane, Shiitake, Oyster mushrooms (Pink, Gold, Snow, Blue and others), Shimeji (Brown and White Beech), Enoki, Chestnut, as well as foraged mushrooms (Chanterelles, Morels, Truffles, Black Trumpets, Yellow Feet, Hedgehogs, Fried chicken, Chicken of the woods, Lobster, Cauliflower, Matsutake)
