My name is Xiomara Rosa, and I own the Bueno Y Sano location in Holyoke. I am excited about the opportunity to bring a taste of Bueno Y Sano to the Big E. Bueno Y Sano is a local Mexican-inspired restaurant that started right here in Western Massachusetts. We serve fresh, made-to-order burritos, bowls, and tacos.
