Alshiref Design and Print

Alshiref Design and Print established in 2014 focusing on Hand draw icons from around Portland, OR printed on fabric, wood, and paper. Most materials are locally sourced Fabric are sewed and the printing are both made in the house. Specializing in apparel design, as well as Buisnesses Identity Systems and designs for print.
All designs and prints are created and made at Alshiref studio in St Johns Portland, Oregon.
My diverse background and multicultural experiences have greatly influenced my work. Growing up on the coast of the Red Sea in Egypt, I became a scuba diver and fell in love with all aspects of life in the sea. In my early twenties I moved to Switzerland and spent my time there exploring European culture and people. In my late twenties, I headed to the United States, first to East Coast, then to California, and finally to PDX where my family and I call it home.
Designs:
Hand drawings with a new perspective of some of Portland Oregon’s iconic bridges and places.
Printing:
Water-based eco-friendly ink specific for fabric. Safe to wash and dry.
