We make small batch, ready to eat links of artisan Salami using local Berkshire pork from Bansley’s farm.
We make 39 flavors, and will show up with at least 6 flavors every weekend. We will also have multiple flavors of Summer Sausages and Snack Sticks. All prepackaged and retail ready.
