Porkys BBQ Concessions

I am a business based out of Cape Cod Mass specializing in BBQ foods. I have been in the fair industry my entire life, I am a second generation. I love serving Pulled Pork and Beef Brisket Sandwiches. Other items I offer are pork chop sandwiches, BBQ Sundaes, BBQ Splits, St. Louis Ribs and Turkey Legs. I also make BBQ sides such as BBQ Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Corn Bread, Mac and Cheese.
