We are a small condiment manufacturer located in Bryan, TX. We have been in business for over 10 years and our condiment lines include BBQ Sauces, Marinades, Hot Sauces, Mustard Sauces, Cranberry Sauces (seasonal), Fruit Salsas, & Mustards as well as Dry Rubs and Seasonings.
We are a certified Go Texan member and have food manufacturing licenses and two certified DBA's that we label under. We private label some of our dry rubs and seasonings (our recipes) that are blended by a FDA licensed co-packer. Our remaining products are either manufactured and packaged by us in a local commercial kitchen, or made in our home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Laws.
We have participated in various local festivals and markets including The Brazos Valley Fair & Rodeo. We have sponsored a $1000 scholarship annually to a graduating senior since the pandemic hit in 2000. We have also participated in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as well as an array of local markets in Katy, Brenham, etc. We have been associated with The Farmer's Market in Brazos County for the past two and a half years, and averaged 35 markets per year, but for various reasons we decided it was time to move on.
