Born in a large family with little access to money, as a child I was challenged with not just cooking my own meals but being as creative in the kitchen as possible.
As an adult, I am truly thankful for those life lessons, and instead of calling it cooking I now refer to it as experimenting in the kitchen!
I believe the umami to life is creativity, curiosity, and consistency. Here at Frozone Columbus we encourage all our hometown heroes to carry on these values and explore the possibilities life has to offer.
