Pupusas ( Chicken & Cheese )

Pupusas are made with corn flour (Masa) as our dough then we stuff the dough with shredded chicken that we cook and season and locally source from Becker farms we also add seasoned mozzarella cheese next we shape it in to a patty and cook it on the griddle with little corn oil. we serve our pupusas with lime based slaw and home made mild sauce
