We cultivate a variety of fresh mushrooms including lion’s mane, oyster, and shiitake right here in our community to offer the highest quality produce. Our mission is not only to bring delicious, locally grown mushrooms to the table, but also to educate our customers about the wonderful world of fungi while building community around healthy, sustainable food systems.
