Professional baker for over 20 years decided last October to pursue my dream of opening my own bakery. I specialize in Viennoiserie (croissants and other laminated pastries) artisan style breads and cookies. All my products are made using natural ingredients without added flavors, colors or preservatives. I take great care in providing the best quality products while maintaining proper hygiene practices.
