Kelsie Mapes
Kelsie Mapes, an Iowa native, owner of Mae’s Bagel, and new mom to Maeleigh, the namesake of the shop, brings six years of market experience to her business. With an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic and love for bagels, she is excited to introduce this much-needed bakery staple to the downtown farmer's market. Her past markets include Vintage and Made Fair, Market on Hubble, the Howells Tree Farm Craft Show, Madrid Farmers Market and pop-up partnerships.
