Hei Hei

Hei Hei makes small-batch kimchi and traditional ferments that reflect the Korean heritage of our founder, Irene Kim Chin, and the rich food traditions of Appalachia, the place we call home. Based in Athens, Ohio and a member of the ACEnet Food Ventures Center community, we source delicious fresh vegetables from over 20 family farms in the Athens, Ohio region.
