The One Taekwondo

The One Taekwondo Squamish is located in downtown Squamish and is dedicated to helping students ages 4 to adults develop both physically and mentally through Taekwondo training.

In August 2025, we took over a martial arts school that had been operating in the same location and introduced a new system and curriculum focused on high-quality instruction and student development.

Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art that goes beyond physical techniques such as kicking and striking. For children, it helps improve physical fitness, focus, confidence, and social skills. For adults, it offers opportunities to build social connections, relieve stress, and improve overall physical abilities such as strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Our goal is to introduce Taekwondo to local community members who may not be familiar with it and provide opportunities for them to experience its benefits in a welcoming and supportive environment.
