Frozen Sockeye Salmon

This is what we are famous for! Sockeye Salmon has a high oil content, giving it a great nutritional value with a firm texture and robust flavor. We catch, process, and blast freeze our Sockeye the same day it is caught to lock in quality and freshness. Our Sockeye is completely boneless with the skin on, perfect for grilling! Unless you’re on our boat, there’s no better way to get this truly delicious superfood! Each portion/fillet is individually vacuum sealed and you can choose between 6 oz. portions (pictured) and the whole fillets (roughly 1.5 to 2 lbs. each).
