Plate it up! Catering is a scratch cooking catering company. We prepare all food from scratch and with love. I started Plate it up! Catering April 2019 however , I have been in the culinary industry since I graduated from culinary school in 2012. Plate it Up ! Catering offer a variety of services. I am a educator I am a ServSafe Proctor of National Restaurant and Association, I offer workshop , and offer special services for private catering events. Plate it up! Catering offer a variety of foods with creole flair. We specialize in shrimp n grits, crawfish etoufee ,jambalaya , pasta mardi gras, and lobster mac n cheese.

I graduate from The Chef Academy 2012, After graduation I worked in the school industry as a kitchen Manager. I was responsible for feeding 200-1,000 students during my first job. I became a volunteer for Second Helpings with the Culinary Job Training Program. while volunteering I was offer a position to become a Culinary Instructor. A few years later a great opportunity came for me to become a Food Director for Bridges of Hope Substance Abuse Center. I later started Plate it up! Catering
