I bake fresh homemade rum cakes. I use fresh ingredients, fresh fruits, fresh coconut out of it's shell and fresh pecans.
Also, I bake gluten free rum cakes ,fresh and delicious with no gritty or dryness.
I bake solely by myself. I enjoy making the rum cakes. I received the authentic recipe from one of the Islanders from the Virgin Islands and I use rum from the Islands. The cakes are moist and delicious.
