We craft fresh baked and naturally gluten-free mochi donuts as well as gluten-free Japanese filled mochi rice cakes called daifuku. We use high-quality Koda Farm's Mochiko rice flour for our base, and create unique Asian and American-inspired flavors, incorporating Japanese matcha powder, sweet red bean, chocolate, fresh fruit fillings, and more! Examples of our mochi donut flavors include: Blueberry Matcha, Japanese Sweet Potato, S'mores with torched marshmallow, Chocolate Sprinkles. Mochi Rice Cake flavors include: Fresh strawberry with sweet red bean, blueberry matcha, red bean with sesame seeds, strawberry cream, and more!
