I make soft amaretti cookies, the Italian-style almond cookies that are naturally gluten-free and come in different flavors and varieties. Each one is unique and part of my own signature style, including seasonal options. They have a chewy texture and a rich almond taste, and people love them for being a little different from the usual cookie. Since they’re made with almonds, I also offer a daily cupcake in rotating flavors for those with nut allergies, so there’s always something for everyone.
