We are a cottage bakery based in Lakewood Ranch. We bake only gluten-free items, and our recipes are crafted to not taste gluten free. Some of our specialties are our Lakewood Lemon Cookie, Harvest Blueberry Cobbler, Cocoa Key and Gulf of Vanilla Cookies, as well as an assortment of specialty designed cookies using only natural food dyes like turmeric, beet etc. We offer low-glycemic options and just-sweet enough baked goods and pastries to appeal to all of our customer's preferences.
