Pasta of the Prairie

Our handmade pasta first started out in a basement in 2013, fast forward to today we are producing our product in Homestead, Iowa. With the the business growth we have had to upgrade from a small hand crank pasta machine to a large pasta extruder from Italy. We create unique flavors of handmade pasta, soup kits, pasta meal kits and pasta salads kits. Carrying a total of 20 products that our customers enjoy with family and friends. While we don't have a traditional store front, we sell our product through farmers markets, vendor shows as well as many local store fronts and through our online shop.
