Crepe Magouille

Crepe Magouille is a solar-powered, horse-trailer-turned-food-cart that has been in operation in Salida, CO since September 2024. We keep things simple, just like our trailer with a focus on sustainability and dedication to quality ingredients and authentic French cuisine.
All of our savory crepes, known as Galettes are gluten-free because they are made with organic buckwheat flour (a traditional French recipe) and we offer vegetarian options! Our most popular savory crepe is made with Gruyere cheese and hand-cut, thick hickory-smoked ham and a fried egg (from Monte Vista CO) made fresh to order! Options to add organic spinach and green onions as well. Our sweet crepes are not gluten free (although we can switch to the GF batter upon request) and have a batter similar to pancakes. We offer French classics like butter & sugar, Nutella and homemade salted caramel! All with options of adding fresh cut fruit like strawberries and bananas.. then Colorado peaches when they are in season! And our homemade whipped cream to bring it all together! We are an American-French couple working hard to provide quality and flavorful crepes made from scratch daily. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
