We are a veteran owned business, specializing in all natural smoked salmon and made from scratch latkes. We make plates to eat on site while also selling smoked salmon that patrons can take home as well. We are gluten and dairy free with the exception of a chive sour cream sauce. There are no added sugars or nitrates in our products as well.
