I'm a vegetarian/vegan chef. I had a food truck around 2012. to 2013. I worked at the Edgewood and across the Street from Smilow Hospital in New Haven! I taught classes at my church to teens & seniors besides my Bible study class where we made soy milk & tofu before the genetically modified situation came! Now I teach how to cook raw meals and snacks! This is for the very conscious!
The burgers, soups, deserts,, quesadillas, and wraps and drinks came about because so many loved my burgers, soups, salads, and breads and we're requesting them so often, I chose to specialize in them! I really enjoy cooking for others especially if the food is good for them as well as to them!
