We put hives in different farms all over virginia and have our bees pollinate crops. We have the farmers use no pesticides on plants( it would kill the bees) and make sure no hormones are used on the plants. We give our bees no hormones, steroids, or any enhancements of any kind. In the fall and spring, we harvest honey from all our hives and hand bottle it. We don't flash heat or pasteurize it. It is only put through a double-sieve and cheesecloth to get any particles out to make it clear. For any honey with flavoring, we use natural flavors and juices.
