I learnt cold process soap making from my grandma who is still an active farmer and lives in a small village in Trabzon Turkey. I spent summers with her learning all about farming, knitting, crocheting, milking cows but I took interest in soap making 99% of the time. We used all natural herbs and oils that came from the farm and fields of hers. We'd go to the local farmers' market in Trabzon which is still active and locals call it the women's goodies market where we sold our products such as butter, cheese, harvests from the gardens. Bot I would have my own place to sell my handmade soaps and contribute to family.
Now I turned that hobby of mine into a business and looking for opportunities to share my story and experience with my people here in Michigan.
I am 34 years old, born and raised in Trabzon Turkey. After I moved to Michigan, I got married to my wonderful husband and we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter Gracie. The smartest little girl who is learning from her Momma the secrets of soap making!
