Nestled on 450 acres in Middle Tennessee, Doddy Creek Farms is honored to showcase our Akaushi (Wagyu) cattle, providing the best genetics for marbling and tenderness scoring available. Our cows are sired by Registered Akaushi bulls ensuring you receive tender, flavorful and richly marbled beef expressed as High Choice or Prime at harvest.

Our pasture raised herd roams freely with access to a clean spring-fed watering system, grazing on herbicide free pastures, free of growth hormones and antibiotics; and are finished for 11 months on a carefully formulated grain-based diet. We serve a customer base made up of families, like yours, who desire the best quality beef available to the public and is delivered direct from our farm to your table.
