About

I am a Portland-based beverage producer focused on crafting thoughtfully made, low-ABV wine spritzers that balance tradition, place, and accessibility. This project is a personal labor of love, rooted in family, agriculture, and a desire to create wines that fit naturally into everyday life—lighter, refreshing, and meant to be enjoyed casually and responsibly.

All fruit is sourced directly from my father’s vineyard, which—along with the winery—is certified sustainable. I work hand in hand with him throughout the growing season and harvest, and this collaboration is at the heart of the project. It is a meaningful way for me to spend time with my dad, learn from his decades of experience in the vineyard and winery, and step out of the office and into the field. That family connection and shared commitment to sustainable farming shape how I approach both agriculture and winemaking.

Production takes place in Portland, where I handle blending, finishing, and packaging, and where all final production decisions are made. The wine spritzers are made from real wine, gently finished to a lower alcohol level to highlight freshness, balance, and drinkability while preserving the character of the fruit. My approach emphasizes hands-on production, minimal intervention where appropriate, and transparency at every step.

As a local, independently owned producer, I value direct connection with the community and see farmers markets as an ideal place to share this work—offering a light, approachable wine option while telling the story of the family, farming, and care behind each bottle.
