About

Raw Oregon Honey is a family-owned company operating several apiaries along the Willamette River. Our honey bees forage nectar from native blooms in Oak Grove, West Linn, and Oregon City, traveling up to five miles on both sides of the river to support their hives. We also maintain apiaries in Woodburn at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm, Sauvie Island at Peak Light Cider Orchards, and Troutdale at McMenamins Edgefield.
Our honey is truly raw and local—filtered only once and never heated. This minimal processing preserves its natural qualities, including traces of wax, pollen, and propolis. We never blend or alter our honey, ensuring each jar reflects the unique flavors of the region and the integrity of our bees’ work.
We practice sustainable farming and never use chemicals. Our queen bees are raised from local Oregon stock to help ensure the survival of the Northwest honey bee population.
Raw Oregon Honey also offers educational programs for adults and summer day campers. Our adult classes range from beginner to advanced beekeeping and are hosted in partnership with Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation at Luscher Farm.
