B.A. degree in Home Economics/Foods & and Nutrition from Oakwood College plus over 20 years experience in the culinary arts industry including Teaching and also a supervisor/cook at a hospital.
Vegetarian cook over 30 years and vegan cook/baker for one year. Successfully sold vegetarian baked goods to friends and the community for three years in Ohio and now anxious to share my healthy vegan baked goods with the Huntsville community.
