That demand inspired the transition into a professional operation, now working in a commercial kitchen with full FDACS compliance and ServSafe–certified leadership to ensure safe, consistent production.

Canelli’s mission is to create memorable sweet and savory moments at Florida markets and events through freshly baked rolls and warm, attentive service. All products are made daily, with a focus on quality, presentation, and a guest-friendly experience.
