Global Griddle

Global Griddle exists to be a gathering table for Coppell — where cultures are shared and neighbors are family. We are radically hospitable and we love, because He first loved us.

This idea had been floating in our heads for a while — and in January 2026, we all decided to do it. What started as Saturday morning pancakes became something much bigger.

A dosa is a popular South Indian, thin, savory crepe made from a fermented rice and lentil batter. Our pancakes are a high-protein, 100% whole-grain breakfast. Together, they're the best of both worlds.

Our ethos is the marriage of Texas and Indian elements — because that's exactly who we are.

Our children take part alongside us, learning to serve the community we call home.
