Elliot Sourdough Dealer
Vendor
My business is a small, artisan sourdough operation rooted in traditional fermentation and made in small batches with high-quality, simple ingredients. Each loaf is naturally leavened, slow-fermented, and baked with care to create bread that is not only flavorful, but easier to digest and nourishing.
I started this business out of a love for the craft of sourdough and a desire to provide my local community with real, honest food. What began as baking for family and friends has grown into a neighborhood farm stand and local market presence where I’ve been able to connect directly with customers and share the process, the story, and the joy behind the bread.
I would love to participate in your farmer’s market because I truly value the sense of community that markets create. Being able to meet customers face-to-face, support other local vendors, and offer a handmade product that reflects time, patience, and care aligns perfectly with my values. I see the market as more than a place to sell bread — it’s a place to build relationships, contribute to the local food culture, and be part of something meaningful.
Elliot Alamo
I’m Elliot, the baker behind Elliot Sourdough Dealer, where every loaf is made by hand, with patience, intention, and a deep respect for the craft of real bread. What started as a personal passion quickly turned into a way to serve my community—one naturally fermented loaf at a time.
My sourdough is slow-fermented, thoughtfully sourced, and baked in small batches to ensure quality over quantity. I believe bread should be simple, nourishing, and honest—no shortcuts, no unnecessary ingredients, just time-honored methods that let flavor and texture speak for themselves.
Beyond the bread, what matters most to me is connection. Meeting neighbors at the farm stand, sharing stories over warm loaves, and building something meaningful within the community is at the heart of what I do. Every loaf carries that intention—from my hands to your table.
