Kolache is a small-batch artisan bakery feature traditional sweet and Texas-Style savory kolaches. Each of our kolaches is made from scratch, by hand, and with love. We create our small-batch Kolaches out of Citizen Kitchens West, a commissary kitchen in the Sylvan Park area. We offer a rotating menu of fresh and exciting flavors. Some of our best sellers include our Sausage, Jalapeno & Cheese Kolache; Apple Butter Walnut Kolache; and our Veggie Sausage & Cheese Kolache.
Hello! We are Will & Rebekah Hobbs - the Owners and Operators of KOLACHO. Like many people, in the early part of 2020 we began to question what we were doing with our time and energy. We started an instagram and began sharing our cooking adventures with our friends. Over time, we found our passion for cooking taken to a new level and we began to explore how we could share it with others . Eventually we began to cook and deliver one meal every week to a randomly selected follower. As the weeks went on we realized what has become one of our Guiding Principals - we love to cook good food for good folks. At the core, that is what we are all about. KOLACHO was born out of that adventure. So, thank you for checking us out, and just know that we are super excited to cook for you.
